If you're a Southern Cross member , you'll be pleased to know we're an Easy-claim provider. Here's an excerpt from Southern Crosses website that tells you how that works
| Member card Southern Cross Health Society Easy-claim (“Easy-claim”) is a convenient way for Southern Cross members to claim for eligible healthcare services at the time of purchase, without completing a claim form. |  |
Simply present your Member card at the counter when you are purchasing eligible healthcare products and services. If your plan covers the product or service and it qualifies, Southern Cross will reimburse us directly. All you need to do is pay the pr ovider (that's us) any contribution you are responsible for. So you don’t have to worry about filling out claim forms or waiting for refunds.If you don't have your membership card with you, we can look you up on the Southern Cross system using your name and date of birth.
